Ever since I purchased this watch a few months back I’ve been getting a lot of questions and stares, which can make anyone feel good about a purchase. The most amazing part about this watch is how inexpensive it was but still being great quality. Before I seen MVMT being advertised everywhere from Instagram to Facebook, I randomly walked into Nordstrom to purchase a new timepiece and was introduced to the brand. First thing that caught my attention was the face it was simple and classic, which are things I look for when purchasing a watch. Second was the price tag this particular watch was only $135! For a gold plated face and 100% genuine leather, how could one resist?  I am completely obsessed with this brand they also make sunglasses and women’s watches. I believe that a watch is an accessory that every man should have. Not only does it complete an outfit but it also compliments any and every look.  I particularly like to layer my jewelry so I pair my watch with a nameplate bracelet that I grabbed from Things Remembered.  The bracelet cost me $35 and  for a little extra you can get it engraved which would make for a nice gift for the special guy in your life.  In total my arm candy cost me $170 and looks way more expensive! I highly suggest you gentlemen check out MVMT for classic inexpensive watches in comparison to what is out there. I’ve linked the their website to my page so go check them out!

Signature Look

I would have to say that my go to outfit is always a crisp white mandarin collar shirt and a pair of distressed denim. But how many ways can you actually switch that up?? Many!!! This past weekend the in laws had come up to celebrate the Mother-In-Laws big 60th birthday. Like the average 25 year old I have lots of responsibilities thus making it hard to always stay on trend and chic. Preexisting in my closet were the shirt and jeans which I purchased from one of my favorites places H&M. The new purchases were my off white half zip pullover, navy blue suede loafers and a faux fur coat from Zara.  They were going through their seasonal sale so all fall/winter pieces were  50% off!  Not only was it a great deal but each new piece can be rotated simultaneously in different outfits throughout the year. My biggest thing now when making new purchases is cost per wear. When on budget and trying to stay fashionable there are few things you should think about before purchasing, quality, pricing and how many outfits can be made with each individual piece. Each new piece that I purchased helped to take my signature look up a few notches. With this extension of my brand my main focus is to let men know that even though our clothes are seemingly more expensive in comparison to women that we can still be fashionable and chic, and stay within a budget!

As my brand expands I become more in love with what I do. I know I’ve said this before but this shoot is my absolutely favorite to date. I had a vision and a concept and I brought it to life. I want to put my spin on what I felt would be a modern day Geisha girl.

I literally was laying in bed one night looking through photos on Tumblr and Pinterest to try and develop the right look and feel I was going for. After a few days I knew exactly what I wanted to go for. From what I wanted the hair to look like, to finding the right type of dress even down to make up, and set design. And I knew exactly the team of people with whom I wanted to work with.

I am more than pleased and happy with how everything came out. I feel this is just beginning for me and shoots like these set me apart from the rest of my competitors. This has transformed from just your typical “stylist” to a bigger goal in which I’m working towards production manager/creative director.

I hope you guys enjoy my work as much as I enjoy sharing it with the world. There will be greater things to come for the Antonio Cardoza brand. I am determine to leave my mark on this industry, and I WILL! Just wanted to thank the team I worked with for this shoot you guys are amazing and thanks for helping bring this concept to life. Love you all.

Walking through the city today and I spotted this cute boutique. I fell in love instantly! Its clothing and style is inspired by the early American time period. Browsing through the store inspired me to blog. If you are ever in the area I strongly advised you to stop in and take a look. Prices range from moderately to high priced. But in my option totally worth it. It’s so unique you won’t have to worry about seeing someone else with anything you’ve purchased.

Nothing more exciting then accomplishments. This shoot is one of my favorites because it’s my first published shoot. I love the colorful, playful vibe of it. I’m so proud of the team and I for executing the concept! So much more to come for me and I’m excited and grateful.
